Processing & Packaging

Sürsan has segregated the processing stages that come after the harvesting of the fish. Whole fresh fish grading and packaging are carried out in the Avşar processing facility and filleting and freezing are carried out in the Güllük facility. Both facilities are in close proximity to the farms and this ensures the freshness and quality of the incoming fish.
